First time poster. Is there a way to buy this coin in the United States with USD and send it to family in Ecuador and they can change it for dollars in Quito?
For now, all exchanges support trade for Bitcoin/Sucre or Ethereum/Sucre
You will be able to buy with fiat currency only when we get listed in an exchange accepting it.
Then for exchanging Sucre in USD in Quito, not before Q1-2019 for ATM see roadmap
