Yes it is too risky and the one thing is if you invest in the wrong campaign or the scams youre too unlucky for that. And yet like a gambling youre not sure if you gain profit. Youre just wait for nothing if you invest in the wrong campaign.

Actually if you're gonna do a good background check on the offering you're interested you'll at least have a good idea if it's gonna prosper or not. It's hard to find gems but it is worth it.

but not all projects who has positive background is good enough to earn profit. it is still all depends on the developer. ico's nowadays are shit who only wanted the money of their investors, and when they get their profit, they wont give a shit after that.
