I met alots of people from VietNam while gambling. They online most of the time ,but they only talk on chatbox for example: Primedice,Stake and many sites i've visited .
Are they addicted gambling/ making money or they want a place to comunicate each other?
Or there was no Real Casino on their country?

I don't think that all vietnamese people play dice/gambling because I am sure that there are any other people that don't know about gambling. if this is true, I think they don't addict but maybe some of them are addicted and the other only play gambling for fun like what we did. I don't know if, in vietnam, there is a real casino so people can play the game in the physical places. if they only want to communicate with each other, then I guess they don't need to playing gambling and they can talk in many places.
