e9+ fw V6.2.20.42 working 12 miniutes and: "Shutdown: Your license has expired, please contact the manufacturer!!!" wtf? Huh

You need any 6.0.x.x firmware, not 6.2.x.x. So you need to upgrade fw. You can try to do it via web interface or from managemant utility. Somehow its uprades, sometimes not )))) If not, try to change source bank.
