I don't think so. People will always be greedy when it comes to money. If it can be really deleted, the politicians who are in their own position must have done it but there's no one who can start it because of money. They are grabbing their opportunity to be wealthy. Not only in the government but even in offices, for example, bringing home new bond paper and other stuffs is a corruption. People will do things for their benefit.
