True indeed,the newbie jail thing can be imposed again but with better restrictions which deride the disadvantages away and concentrate more on the advantages.
I do not get why the newbie jail got removed anyway? It was a good concept to keep the shit out of the main board, and prevented people from making a shitload of alt accounts.
