I think he means recaptcha is very bad, it does go very difficult to solve 99% of the time, when you solve it right, you have do try again, sometimes six or more times, I too have difficulty using recaptcha, its the worst thing ever that has been implemented to solve something so easy, but it is not easy any more.
Actually i despise the captcha, thousands would agree.
