1st transaction: Recently, I have made a transaction to change my ETH to BTC.

I have made another transaction with the same amount and yet it still hasn't received the money even though it was from the failed transaction. I have sent numerous emails , messages on Facebook and even posted on reddit and yet I haven't gotten a reply from them, only their automated message.


Different transaction: I made another transaction since I want to exchange my $80 ETH to BTC again, they recieved the money instantly and is now sending to my wallet.

What do I do with my first transaction of $600? Anyone else experienced this?
