As of December many of these projects have popped up, starting to think it is an organize scam by someone in china or NK? most of these coins have extremely high value and high rewards and difficulty is extremely high for mining. Also most if not all use either scrypt or x11 algos- probably for asic exploitment. I'm sure money can be made somehow but be careful you don't want the rug to be pulled from under your feet and catch you by surprise.

Not sure about the rest but i mine Galactrum and its Lyra 2v2 asic-resistant so not entirely correct on your comment.. i do like mining it and it seems similiar to dash and their wallet is really actually alot more in-depth than dashes wallet and it's actually nice to mine for a day and see some results unlike eth where you wait for days to see .05 eth show up... and as the difficulty continues to explode with all the housewives of orange county getting up miners in eth and bitcoin you will see more alternatives im sure..
