They don't tweet about the delay BEFORE the deadline (so people wouldn't panic sell), but AFTER the deadline has passed and price has dropped like a rock. Then they say it's fixed and they are ready to announce, FOLLOWED BY 4 HOURS OF COMPLETE SILENCE.
