Kraken's reply on my ticket wrt the issue of disabled deposits and withdrawals and my deposit not credited:
We sincerely apologise for the current tier level error clients have been receiving, our engineers are working on the problem though we currently dont have an ETA on when the situation will be resolved. If clients have another issue to discuss feel free to reply here, for now we ask our clients to be patient while we solve this problem.
Note: We ask that clients dont reply unless they have an unrelated issue that they dont already have a support ticket open for as replying wont help get this situation resolved any sooner.
