Thank you, till today we have nothing, no contact or anything, if the shipped hardware was stolen and never arrived at china, it would be great to get at least informed from the receiver about it, it would become possble to go to the police. But since there is no comunication - i still dnt know what happend. Thats why we have to consider that hardware as lost. After this expirience, i doubt that we will send ever again any more hardware to china.

This lack of comunicaion is horrible!  And the way ppl get treated is too, even with the price 17,4 they not gonna be able to cover the mess (besides that our goal was a mid to longtherm cooperation and not the "fast money" in first place). I realy miss the times with ngzhnag, no comunication problem, in-time delivery, great hardware.
Ngzhang made the hardware in first place soon after FPGAMiner, we supported it from the very first moment. Back then there was no norhtbridge mount on icarus, or x6500, so it was drawn from FPGAMiner, and soon after adopted for the Lancelot boards. Back then it seemed that we all work together, promises was met, everything was fine.
Its still readable here in the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=90880.msg1098328#msg1098328

But from Avalon we never was contacted, and it was not even honored that we developed the watercooling element for Avalon and Lancelot http://i.imgur.com/SLmcBnf.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/RBieqMi.jpg.

Bitsyncom was even asking to send bulk Avalon order requests to ngzhang what we did - no answer
We wrote emails IM's Tickets etc. - no answer.
We sended the hardware - no answer or even a confirmation
And now according to you - we are not even listed...

+1

There's even more to be said about this but I'll refrain from doing that right now. What concerns me more is what will happen going forward. How do they come up with the price without even asking if the customer want a PSU or not? They actually advice all new customers not to order a PSU just to make the packages less likely to be held up in customs. Why are we not asked that question? I'm very concerned about the customs issue and would like to have an influence on the process. Will we get that opportunity or will they just quietly ship the packages to the shipping address?
I assume the former but who knows?

Heck, I would get rid of the cases even, if I had the chance Wink
