also displayed as'We tried to start the coin daemon on port 39155,it could not be started. We will shut down the application, it is not usable anyway.'

Besides, why I can't see the web wallet.

Backup wallet, delete b2b folder in appdata. Download new wallet 2.0 from hopepage. Worked for me.
