Help picking GPU Evga 1070 sc blk, 1070 ftw, or 1070 ti x6 or x8

Which would you guys recommend? From what I can tell the 1070 sc black draws the least power and performance is the same as the 1080 ti. Am I reading this right? thanks for the help.
