You can find all of those files at bitcoin.org/en/release/YOUR_VERSION.
For example, for version 0.9.2:

But if you go to
https://bitcoin.org/bin/0.9.2/, you'll get a 404 Not Found. I too thought this would be possible. I don't know why they've removed old versions.
