Does anybody know when bittrex gonna launch trading of ardor?
Nobody knows. Bittrex says it will re-enable trading when it and the Ardor team agree the new blockchain is stable.

Users' Ardor Bittrex exchange balance totals will reflect the same total that they had prior to the swap in a 1:1 manner. The old Ardor tokens will no longer be supported or be traded on Bittrex.
Bittrex will re-enable trading Ardor tokens (ARDR) when we and the Ardor team agree that the migration is satisfactory and the blockchain network deemed stable.
