If those token sale by Kosta are infact real as I believe he admits, that is definitely fishy and HitBtc rightly thought of it as market manipulation. It can not be coincidence that the price mooned just when Kosta had to withdraw tokens. I would not doubt HitBtc intention here.
Hi niks_85 Hard to overlook the messages in possession of Cappasity and what those Telegram messages say. They seem to speak directly to the intention of HitBTC, acting unilaterally and without care for the Cappasity Token holders, to encourage a malicious rumor to spread without any checking or due diligence in respect of the truthfulness of same. What is very clear, I believe, is the immaturity and lack of the real world experience of the HitBTC management team to allow such a manageable event to take flight and damage the company (HitBTC) in the way it has. Intention cannot be proven, but is inferred by behaviour, and the behaviour of the HitBTC Team was careless at least and negligent at worst - in my opinion and based on the material in the public domain.
