When can they distribute all the card for the one outside EU?

No exact timeline but they are aiming to get all the cards on wait list out to worldwide in Q1 of this year.
Does this cards works in UK?
100% they work in the UK, take a look at 5-10 pages of this thread you will see lots of users currently in the EU with functional cards.
