Swaps are being done manually by one person. Over the holidays they have been slower than usual. It sounds like you did everything right...just have to wait for the person who is handling the swaps to process it.

Edit: I too have been waiting patiently...in my case I have a lot of "dust" so I'm having to deal with combining inputs and the "one swap a day" thing doesn't help. I suggest that restriction get lifted for the last month.

Edit2: By "dust" I'm talking about over 600K inputs! hehehe
