Well, first, you've 9 months behind on syncing. You made the mistake of changing the defaults on the wallet installation from lite wallet to full node.
You will have to wait until you sync.
And, if you don't have any bytes, then you still will not be able to send the black bytes. Must wait until you've synced first to know.

i have some bytes for fee, but wonder if it enough. and also if wallet still sync will i still be able to send any or do i have to wait until it done sync.
