Powercolor RX 580 8g gold sample Gpu's. I have modded the bios and running windows 10 with the Aug23 beta blockchain driver and msi for overclocking. Using (2) 1000w powersupplies.
Most of the cards will mine at approx 30.2Mhs. However, certain cards will run 30.2, 30.3, 30.2, 30.1, 20.x and then back to the low 30's again.
I've adjusted the core clock down to about 1150 and the mclock to 2100. The hash rate goes down but the drastic drops are still there.
Most of the cards don't have this problem. I've tried upping the voltage to the cards that have this problem. Do you think it could be a riser issue on these 3 cards that are giving me grief?
