It's been said time and time again C-Cex is no more related to Biblepay than it is to Ethereum or Bitcoin. It is a market, run independently of the coin.
Getting on markets is very very difficult, if it were easy, we'd be on the top 10 markets already and so would every other coin under the sun. I'm sure it's difficult and it must be much harder now there are so many coins but I also think that it's vital to be on at least one decent exchange. I have patience and I'm willing to wait a few more months but I hope there's some good news soon.
