I agree. But the scenario is changing rapidly. The employers are no longer giving much importance to the educational qualification of the job aspirants. On the other hand, they are looking more in to the skill set, character and the communication abilities. A lot of students in colleges get admission as a result of affirmative action. So the degrees doesn't necessarily mean that they are very bright.
