I see the admin in the telegram chat keep mentioning they could do a dutch auction like raiden did.

I understand the concept of a dutch auction. What I didn't quite understand in researching raidens ICO was the hardcap. It seems to me like there was no hardcap.

Without hardcap it will be difficult to determine our token value. I think this would be a terribe solution.

Please tell me i'm missing something.
