What happens in this case.. This year I had two accidents where I needed to report the damage and use the casco insurance (full protection from damages). In any of this accident it wasn't my fault, my car got scratched in the parking lot. What happens and where do I report such accidents in InsurePal?

My colleague Max (UK finance) wrote about claims in Telegram group and it's best if I just post his answer here:
"It depends: for UK car pilot - it’s still insurance model just with better fit for risk and ownership of data linked to participants - but claims are managed in the same way. If insurepal social proof is licensed out then it’s up to the licensor (well established insurance business) to follow the protocol. If blockchain business transactions are considered there it’s a smart contract basis - it’s very binary in most cases and when it becomes vague or obscure then that’s why we are so proud of our cooperation with Mattereum (an internet of agreements company)."
