Should rapists be sent to jail or not?
They should definitely be. Imagine way back, girls only wear grass skirts and I'm quite positive that rape was still not tolerated back then. So, I find it hard to agree that due to mini skirts these days, rape can be tolerated. I really don't think so.
I can't believe you even asked. Rape is rape. So what if women wear what they wear. There's no reason to justify rape. Rapists need to be given the highest form of punishment because this is one crime that is unacceptable.
