No, its more like 100% roi realistically, as its hard to grab 1.5 Million coins from the open exchange, its more like $12,000 for a sanctuary - and the roi is dropping each hour- we have 20 new sanctuaries today.

I expect 250 sanctuaries in a few months then it will slow down as will then require the institutions to buy sanctuaries.  And they will.. Its a fallacy to think they wont.
