It passed Ether on marketcap but not on value. I still believe it will go cross in the value of 5$ soon but still Ether is the queen to Bitcoin.

Why would you call coinmarketcap stupid? The fact that XRP did not pass ETH in value, does not mean it did not pass it in market cap. That is the main reason why it got the second spot. You can decide to filter by value and I am sure we both know even XRP will not be the top 10. Coinmarketcap is fashioned to list all coins based on market capitalization and that is very reasonable.
