Only few "high ranked" users in those chats reap the benefits of the P/D. Higher ranked people get the signal sooner so they can buy lower before announcing the coin they pump then the new users get the signal, buy in at an already half pumped price, then are left holding bags when the higher ranks peace out.
You get in 5 seconds early to it being one of the highest ranks.. You hardly get an advantage and only a few of these p&d's are based off of rank getting told a few seconds early. Most are at the exact same time.
