I just started in the last 2 weeks, and freaked out when almost whole week is below average. that is 50% of mining time for me. I hope it will even out soon.

It will that's how probability and averages go. Just before you got on we hit a ridiculous amount of blocks, and had been hovering above average for quite some time.
Now the numbers have done what numbers do, they've averaged out and will continue to do so.
Just sit back enjoy the ride and be glad you get the miners fees.
