Why does binance allow trading orders only with round numbers? There will always be dust: what will they do with it? Or did I misuse the interface?

Their representative told that they are working on it to change that. It is really small money but really frustrating people including me too.
This is because of the decimal system coded in their exchange codes. They will change this soon hopefully, I read many complaints about this problem on the internet and people are right about their complaints.
It's gonna be better once this fixed by binance team.
