There is a lot of FUD around WCEX exchange. Their ICO took very long time and there was a lack of communication from their side.
But the communication is getting better and better in my opinion. I also participated in the BETA exchange and it seems to me that
there weren't any big changes.

But still, I hope it will have success because I participated in their bounty campaign and grabbed some pretty nice amount of their tokens.
