What else have they worked on before?
We have not worked on anything big yet. I have a experience with a bit bigger system development, but that's confidential.
My guess is that user means we are most of the time available for the community to resolve problems and that has been the backbone of our success - taking time to help everyone out.
Luckily right now community is big enough so it can sustain itself often without our help needed so we soon have more time to develop faster and put our ideas into form with a good pace.
