FWIW based on past discussions here.
I believe the critical supply item now are the Avalon chips themselves. As far as I know, none have been shipped to any of the group buyers.  However i did see pictures posted of thousands of Avalon chips sitting in a warehouse last week. Should not be too much longer.

PCB's should be able to be produced en-mass within a couple of weeks if they have production line time already negotiated.
