Yes there was a big dump and coinsmarkets allows orders at 0.1 sat and that led to coinexchange having a sell wall at 1 sat while people went to trade on coinsmarkets. To counter that the team decided to switch to kB3 but coinexchange is taking too much time to do the upgrade. Now most people don't know about coinsmarkets and it only has low volumes, that's why prices there stayed that low but it has only one sell wall of 4 btc at 199.9 sats and as soon as it is broken it will go up. Buy volumes did increase the last 48 hours on CE and CM so it is reasonable to say that it's only a temporary situation.
