Had the same issues as you guys, But i`ve did 3 things that solved my Hardware Errors.

1 - Remove the Miner from near field of energy voltage cables
2 - Outside the miner stick Reflect-a-Gold tape ( Google it, I bought on amazon ) all around the silver aluminum chassis ( The Antminer will looks like some NASA Satellite ).
3 - put it @ side, not trait-up with the network card up, just turn it on one side.

This is very weird, but I have more than 24 hours, 0 errors running @ 19.3GH/s

Before I needed to run it @ 508 Mhz to avoid errors.
