do they have a fee or something on holding coins? I am new User there

Hello! I am a new user as well, but I know they don't have a fee for holding coins - only the 0.05% at exchange. Are you sure that the entire X value got credited to your account yesterday? You may have bought X ADA tokens, but due to the current temporary suspension on ADA on Binance, maybe not all of your order was filled... just a guess. Either way - I'd contact support!
