try this way:
1.go to Support Center and make a ticket https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
  you will not get any response

2.mail to marketing@poloniex.com and ask for help
   tell them your problem and ticket number in step 1

3.repeat step 2 every day

4.clean catch and cookies in browser

5.try to  verification account again

I send mail twice, no reply, but I can verification account again
hope this will help

* try to close your anti virus before verification *
