Is staking still getting more reward than masternode for 6250 coins?
Staking reward dropped to 6.999.

Don't know for staking, but with one masternode (6250 coins) you get something like 2-3x 3.5 SEND in one day --> around 10 SEND / 24h.

Probably the number of masternode is not increasing like before since the price went up a lot and quite expensive now. Grin

Thus more people staking rather than setting up masternodes.
