To go public, I'm lending this user the 100USD he asked, since he was able to instate minimum docummented guarantees that he's going to pay.

This post is to make that public and I will update it in conformity so that others can follow up. I will either burn him or vouch him

If 100USD can do a difference in someone's life and if the risk assessment has a minimum support, I think we should help people. Not everyone has collateral to give away.
