Yes... ICO project is a modern Ponzi method right now. Newbie face this problem mostly. Yes every months comes so many ICO project in crypto world and so some projects are good and some time some project are going fail and the don't continue there project and some little bit project comes in ICO market and collect money from investor and they gone then we call it scam scam.

But my question is why we going to invest with scam project. We have to see first about ICO project, Product details, team member, road map, have control this project. we have to see ICO expert review about this ICO project.
