I know that, I did that about 3 times about this issue but their answers on my support tickets are: Please read our response in the support system which I can't because my account is locked.. Is Kraken trying to steal peoples coins/fiat with such a loop behavour? I'm losing faith that I will ever be able to access my account again
I accidently locked my account by clicking the wrong link in the verification eMail from you (the one to lock the account) and now I can't even access the support site anymore because it says my account is locked.
I tried to contact the support via support ticket but when I try to login to read your answer it says my account is locked.
Please help me to retrieve my account.
This problem still persists and is getting really ridiculous..
My account is still locked because I accidently clicked the wrong link in the widthdrawal confirmation eMail from Kraken and support doesn't react at all..
I'VE WRITTEN SEVERAL EMAILS TO THE KRAKEN SUPPORT AND ALL I GET AS ANSWERS IS THAT I SHOULD LOGIN TO YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM WHICH I'M NOT ABLE TO BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED!!!
I have funds in fiat and cryptos in my account and want to access them ASAP.
