Hello, I must honoustly say that you have the most worst customer service I have ever seen on this planet. I have sent out 4 mails to
support@nagaico.com because I have enabled 2FA authentiation but never could log in to my account again and I have bought some NAGA and could not issue my ether adress to, it was an urgent mail but now 3 weeks are gone.
I posted the question on your facebook adress #thenagaico but someone answered me after 5 days and says I have to sent a mail and must join a slack or something. Haha, I wrote that I already sent 3 mails out but never get an answer so may be he was a littlebit drunk of new year. But ....
My question is very simple, please help me and prove me that you really are a compayn I have doubts
