Does COSS exchange create a new wallet address every time you login?

I setup an account last night, then sent BTC, then the site lagged out so bad that I could not get back in.

This morning I was able to get back in, but the BTC is not there even though the address shows many confirmations throughout the night.

I notice the wallet address is different this morning, so I login from my phone and they give yet another address.

Edit: now it's just the spinning circle in the middle of the page again, not loading up.
