I think the binance thing is BS!!! Binance doesn't need any ads it is a very popular CEX. this is someone trying to get referrals (check ref=XXX, this is a referral ID) to gain benifits.... If Binance wants to list a coin, they annouce it at the time they list it. don't be fooled
Binance ref links are for the poster to get kickback if the person clicking the link registers and uses
the service. If you wish to register an account with Binance and trade coins there then just connect
to the website directly and not a linked ref as posted.
