This ist my portfolio and I would love if you can give me some feedback in relation to longterm-holding (minimum jan 19).

Firstly I read that as January the 19th and I was like
that's not long term but now I realise you mean january 2019. I would say that you are much too heavily weighted towards ripple, sell some and bring in some coins like ethereum and bitcoin, these two should make up the pillars of most strong portfolios.
