i downloaded the Windows wallet from the site but it's 8 years behind. is there somewhere a bootstrap?
Just like Bitcoin it's quicker to update from the net than a bootstrap. I found out putting it on a machine with a SSD and lots of memory helps. Takes a bit over 24 hours to sync.
