During ICO, I sent a trial transfer to the deposit wallet, but despite the confirmed transaction, the wallet was empty. A three-fold appeal to the support service did not give any result.
The amount is not big, but what is the hell? 
I wanted to pay a substantial amount of money, but now I hesitate, because my money can again stupidly disappear without a trace.
