I seemed to be right thinking there was no support during 31st of dec and the 1st of jan. After the first working day in the New Year it has been solved.
Hopefully Poloniex will get their act together getting their systems working properly day and night, holiday or not, because you can't leave your customers in silence for several days when they're missing thousands of Dollars.
Got my 5.41 LTC today finally after 4 days of stressing out (all that over New Year effectively ruining the Holidays ) . Still no response on support ticket , no explanation no sorry nothing , support or better call it customer NON service is non existent with Poloniex . Holidays is piss poor excuse , they cant even be bothered to post a message on front and let people know theres a temporary problem and that it will be fixed so people dont freak and stress out over loss of big sums of money . What a complete disregard and disrespect to their customers . Done with that shit exchange , paying so much fees over the years and this how they treat people ?! Plenty of other exchanges , that actually work and have support and customer service and decency to announce and let people know if there are problems . Poloniex - just dont give a damn , takes thousands dollars and total silence for many days , not a word
