What's going on with this coin?

It's just in coinexchange.io market.
It's not in coinsmarketcap

According to their webpage http://www.manutax.com/ :
"The MUX Project shall be paying its first dividend on 01/01/2018. To qualify, move your MUX Tokens to a private wallet (Myetherwallet or Imtoken wallet) on or before stated date.

Also, MUX Project first airdrop shall be on 01/01/2018

To qualify for dividend payment, please have minimum of 100,000 MUX token in your wallet.

To qualify for airdrop, please have minimum of 50,000 MUX tokens in your wallet."

But they haven't done any dividend or aidrop, also their twitter account https://twitter.com/ManutaxP hasn't tweeted anything since 29th December 2017. Let's recall there should have been an aidrop/dividend payout on 1st January 2018
